You can use any email client you wish to access your email securely. Typically you'll simply be asked to provide a username, password, and incoming mail server (your email client may auto-configure other settings).

Never give your password to anyone else. It should be memorable without including words from the dictionary.

Publish
The most common way to publish content on your website is to use an FTP client supporting secure connections. You'll be asked for your username, password, and server/ hostname.
- We'll send you an FTP username and password when we setup your account (along with instructions to change it)

Give this info only to those you trust to update your site on your behalf (such as your developers).
If you want to create and update your own webpages, but don't yet know how, we recommend:
- WordPress (lets you get content up in minutes)
- Dreamweaver (for those familiar with Adobe)
Manage
If you'd like us to take care of everything (such as setting up new email addresses), just send us a note with your updates.
You can also use the Plesk control panel to manage many aspects of your hosting account. With Plesk, you'll be able to:
- Setup new emails, aliases, groups or auto-responders
- Update your email and FTP account passwords
- Create and manage web databases and users
We'll send you login information for Plesk (along with instructions to change it) when we setup your account. Give us a buzz if you'd like more help using Plesk.
Never give anyone this info, as it can be used to change your passwords and gain full access to your account. This password must differ from your others.
